When purchasing one of our puppies, we have a written CONTRACT, that is legally binding to all parties (Buyer & Seller) involved in the transaction. Included in this Contract, is our Health Guarantee, which is forty-eight hours, after the puppy leaves our premises. Whereas, the Buyer has 48 hours to take the puppy to the Veterinarian of their choice, if so stated, unless it is a weekend or holiday, then the time limit is extended. If this time limit is not honored, neither is the guarantee. All pertinent information concerning the puppy is stated in the Contract. This Contract also serves as the Buyer's receipt, as we do not take personal checks. When making a deposit on a puppy, we require a US POSTAL MONEY ORDER OR PAYMENT THROUGH PAY PAL ONLY. At the time Buyer picks the puppy up, we accept CASH ONLY. Buyer also receives a SHOT & WORMING RECORD on the puppy. This Record should be taken, with the puppy, on its first visit to the Veterinarian. Please feel comfortable in asking your Veterinarian any questions you may have concerning your puppy. One should be comfortable in asking the Vet anything, even if you think he may not think it is important....a good relationship with your Veterinarian is very important! Anytime during the life of one of our puppies, Buyer decides they cannot keep the puppy/dog, for whatever reason, we ask that the Buyer contacts us, so arrangements can be made to return it to the Seller. We also ask the Buyer to keep us updated with pictures of the puppy as he/she gets older. We enjoy seeing our Babies as they mature.
